Vegan Salted Butterscotch Sauce Recipe

What’s better than our amazing new cookie dough? Our amazing new cookie dough topped with butterscotch sauce!

Both are vegan, and both are perfect for any occasion. Particularly curling up on the couch. Our plant-powered Choc Chip and Peanut Butter and Choc Chip cookie dough are available in independent supermarkets soon.


15 minutes

185ml coconut cream
170g firmly packed brown sugar
70g plant-based margarine
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1.5 teaspoon salt


1. Place all ingredients into a medium saucepan over high heat on the stove

2. Bring sauce to a boil and leave boiling for approximately 1 minute

3. Reduce heat to low and leave on a simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes, continuously stirring until sauce thickens. Set aside until the sauce has cooled. Serve at room temperature for best consistency.
