How many cookies do I get in a pack?

Our pack formats vary depending on the product SKU however generally for foodservice bulk items you order in 4kg cartons, Café cookies have 24 pieces per carton (both individually wrapped and bulk), retail items are packed with 12 units per carton except for our Mini Cheese bites which are 6 units per carton, and slices are 8 pieces per box. A more detailed breakdown of our pack formats and pallet layer quantities are available on the product pages of our website. They are also detailed on our pricelist, please contact customer service for a copy of our price list.

Do you have any Vegan and/or Gluten-Free products?

Yes, we offer Vegan and Gluten-Free Products. Please refer to the Gluten-Free and Vegan product categories on our website.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our product SKUs have a 9-month shelf life from the date of manufacture, with some of our retail products having a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture. Our products tend to fly off the shelf quickly so you should always expect a minimum of 6 months (@Jacky to confirm this?). If we have a product that is low code we will contact you at the time of your order to discuss options

Are you halal certified?

Our products are halal-friendly but we do not have halal certification.

Wholesale Information

When will delivery be made?

Orders can be despatched the same day for the next Business Day delivery if received by 3 PM for Melbourne CBD & Surrounds.  Interstate orders can be despatched the same day if received by 2 PM. For Monday deliveries please ensure orders are received by cut-off times on Friday prior. (For large pallet orders a lead time of 7-14 days may be required, please contact your Account Manager for despatch ETA).

Please note lead times of 2-4 days may apply for interstate orders dependent on location, please contact our customer service team for more information.

Are there any Minimum Order Requirements (MOQs)?

For Melbourne CBD & Surrounds customers we have MOQ of $150.00+GST for orders to receive complimentary delivery, if your order is below, a $15.00+GST freight charge will apply.

For interstate customers (unless specified and pre-arranged with your account manager) a standard $25.00+GST freight charge will be applied to all orders. Please note additional freight charges may apply depending on size of order and location of delivery. Please contact our customer service team for more information or a freight quote.

Can we pick up our order?

Yes, you are welcome to arrange pick up of your order from our warehouse located in East Bentleigh Monday – Friday between 9 am – 4 pm. Please allow 1 business day for orders to be picked and packed by our team. For same-day pick up – please contact our customer service team directly.

Our payment terms

Unless specified and arranged with your account manager, we require prepayment of orders before dispatching your order. Payments can be made via the following options:

  • Credit Card  (We accept Visa or MasterCard only). You can make payment via our online wholesale store or you can email sales@charliesfinefoodco.com or call 03 9553 4005 to make payment.
  • Bank Transfer – A bank transfer can be done to the details noted at the bottom of your invoice. Once funds have been received we will dispatch your order. Please note it can take 1-2 working days to process.

Can we have an account?

Many of our wholesale customers complete a credit application and are on account. Please discuss account options with your account manager directly.
