Charlie’s is GSFI certified with SQF and Charlie’s also carry’s responsible sourcing certification under SEDEX.

We do offer a few wholesale cookie options that are suitable for those with dietary restrictions.

Dark Chocolate Chip Cookie and Fig and Cranberry Cookie: These classic cookies are naturally vegan-friendly and gluten free, making it a delicious and healthy choice.

Please note that while we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of gluten or other allergens.

Within 2-3 business days however if urgent, please call us on 03 9553 4005 once you have completed the registration form so we can better assist you.

We are only able to register one email address to your wholesale account and suggest using a generic email address if you have multiple persons logging into the Charlie’s Wholesale account. Eg: sales@ or info@

We aim to dispatch your wholesale order within 1-2 business days. Delivery time frames vary on your location, please refer to the table below.

For large pallet orders, please allow a lead time of 7-14. Please contact your Account Manager for more details.

We offer free delivery for orders above $200+GST for Metro Melbourne suburb customers.

Customers outside of Metro Melbourne will be charged freight at cost. This will vary depending on the size and location of your order. 

Yes, you are welcome to arrange pick up of your order from our warehouse located in East Bentleigh Monday – Friday between 9 am – 3pm. Please allow 1 business day for orders to be picked and packed by our team. For same-day pick up – please contact our customer service team directly.

Unless specified and arranged with your account manager, we require prepayment of orders before dispatching your order. Payments can be made via the following options:

• Credit Card (We accept Visa or MasterCard only). You can make payment via our online wholesale store or you can email [email protected] or call 03 9553 4005 to make payment.
• Bank Transfer – A bank transfer can be done to the details noted at the bottom of your invoice. Once funds have been received, we will dispatch your order. Please note it can take 1-2 working days to process.
