Our cookie dough is made with AQUAFABA, Italian for chick pea water, instead of eggs.
Not only is Aquafaba a healthy alternative to eggs, it is also vegan-friendly. Aquafaba was discovered by accident and it has made a huge difference in the vegan community.
It can be added to recipes unwhipped as an egg binder eg. in cookies
It can be whipped into semi-stiff peaks and added to recipes as a whipped egg white substitute
It can be whipped into stiff peaks and made into things like meringues
