Welcome to Charlie’s wholesale. We ask that you please take a moment to read through the following information.

 


Ordering and Delivery Times

VIC (METRO+REGIONAL)

We deliver to Metro Melbourne area 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Some regional deliveries take longer or take place on set days, so please contact us to find out which day we deliver to your area. Delivery lead time is next day in Metro Melbourne for orders received prior to 2 pm via either:

NSW (METRO+REGIONAL)

We deliver direct to metro and greater Sydney and regional NSW 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.  A fee of $25 per delivery is applied or you can order from one of our NSW distributors. Delivery lead time is within 2-3 days for orders received prior to 2 pm via either:

QLD, SA & TAS (METRO+REGIONAL)

We deliver here, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 3-4 business days and a minimum fee of $25 per delivery is applied or if you are in QLD you can order from one of our distributors.

WA (METRO+REGIONAL)

We deliver here, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 4-5 business days and a minimum fee of $25 per delivery is applied or you can order from our WA distributors.

NT (METRO+REGIONAL)

We deliver here, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 6-7 business days and a minimum fee of $25 per delivery is applied.


Order Prompts

To ensure you receive your orders as required, we would be happy to set up standing orders. Please let our customer service team know if you would like to set up a standing order.


Specialised Products

If you take specialised or custom-made products, please note these are made to order and an extended lead time will apply. Details of this can be confirmed with your sales representative or our customer service team


Shelf life and storage

Most of our products have a 9 or 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture in their packaging. We recommend you store our products in a cool dry place – between 5 and 18 degrees. Once the packaging is opened we suggest you consume our product within 5 -10 days depending on the product or store in an airtight container for up to 14 days.

All product labels and specs provide detailed storage instructions. The shelf life of cookies stored in Jars is approximately 2 weeks, can be longer if the lid is kept properly closed and the product is kept away from heat and sunlight.

Charlie’s slices Fresh have a 6-week shelf life from the date of manufacture. Charlie’s recommends that our slices be stored refrigerated when not on display. Charlie’s slices can be frozen. We suggest that our slices be consumed within 5 days of being thawed.


Complimentary Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery for Metro Melbourne and Sydney for orders over $150 ex GST. For orders that fall below these amounts, a small charge of approximately $15.00 (ex GST) will be applied.

Orders for WA, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, and Regional NSW & VIC  will attract a small freight charge of $25 ex GST. For remote locations the freight charge may exceed $25, however, a sales representative or customer service representative will advise prior to your delivery begin dispatched.


Terms of Payment

Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions of trade. You will have completed an account application or discussed payment terms with your sales representative or our customer service team.

We ask that that you make payment for your cookies in accordance with your account terms. If you wish to leave a credit card on file, please let our customer service team know. Invoices are to be paid within 14 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ingredients and Preservatives

Finally, Charlie’s prides itself on using premium quality ingredients. A limited number of the ingredients we use have preservative 202. However, we do not add additional preservatives, colourings, or artificial flavours. We try as much as possible to bring you the tastes of home-baked cookies.
