Cream Cheese Board

Time to get creative and play with flavours, textures and shapes! The only limit to the Charlie’s Cream Cheese Board is your imagination.

Ingredients

  • 250g tub Cream Cheese
  • 150g Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 Red Onion finely diced
  • 2 TBSP Capers drained
  • 2 TBSP Chives chopped
  • 1/2 Cucumber finely diced
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites Classic Italian
  • Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites Three Cheese
  • Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites Cheddar and Rosemary

Method

  1. Piped or spread the cream cheese onto your board of choice.
  2. Cut salmon into strips and roll from the short edge into flowers. Arrange on board.
  3. Sprinkle red onion, capers, herbs evenly over the board and around the salmon.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over and season with freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Arrange Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites around the board and scoop your heart out!
