Time to get creative and play with flavours, textures and shapes! The only limit to the Charlie’s Cream Cheese Board is your imagination.
- 250g tub Cream Cheese
- 150g Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 Red Onion finely diced
- 2 TBSP Capers drained
- 2 TBSP Chives chopped
- 1/2 Cucumber finely diced
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- Cracked Pepper
- Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites Classic Italian
- Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites Three Cheese
- Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites Cheddar and Rosemary
- Piped or spread the cream cheese onto your board of choice.
- Cut salmon into strips and roll from the short edge into flowers. Arrange on board.
- Sprinkle red onion, capers, herbs evenly over the board and around the salmon.
- Squeeze lemon juice over and season with freshly cracked black pepper.
- Arrange Charlie’s Mini Cheese Bites around the board and scoop your heart out!
