When we briefed our bakers develop a Gluten Free range, we let them know that they had to be just as delicious as the rest of our products.
They succeeded, and we now have a range of individually wrapped cookies that are 100% on delight and 0% on gluten.
All our Gluten Free products are baked offsite in a clean facility, with every batch tested to ensure that there are no detectable traces of gluten.
