Loaded Choc Chip Recipe

3/4 cup cold butter cubed
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup caster sugar
2.5 cups cake flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond meal
1 TSP cornstarch
1/2 TSP baking soda
1 TSP salt
1 TSP vanilla essence
3/4 cups milk choc chips
3/4 cups white choc chips
1/2 cup dark choc chunks
1 cup walnuts chopped




Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.

In a large bowl, cream together the COLD butter, vanilla and sugars until creamy (about 5 min).

Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one.

Sift in the dry ingredients and mix until just combines (avoid overmixing).

Stir in choc chips and walnuts.

Separate dough into large balls and place on lined baking tray (MIX WILL MAKE 8-10 COOKIES).

Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden.
